Players will attend a 1 Hour session each week directed by a Quickstrike Ulster FC Coach. The training session will incldue training and a small sided game each week.

Time: 9:00 - 10:00 A.M.

Dates: April 12, 19, 26  May 3, 10, 17,  (make up on the 31st)

*No soccer on May 24 (Memorial Weekend)
